Wegovy (Semaglutide)

Wegovy (semaglutide) is a prescription GLP-1 receptor agonist for chronic weight management in:

• Adults and adolescents (12 years and older, body weight >60 kg) with obesity (BMI ≥30 kg/m²)

• Adults and adolescents who are overweight (BMI ≥27 kg/m²) with at least one weight-related comorbidity such as:

  • Hypertension

  • Type 2 diabetes

  • Dyslipidemia
