Products in their original, unopened, and untampered condition can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, this policy does not apply to items purchased on special offers or fridge items. Opened products cannot be exchanged or returned. A valid original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
For returns via courier, the customer will bear the return shipping charges. However, no charges apply for returns made directly at The Vitamin Shop outlets.
