The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 is a water-based hydration serum that uses multiple forms of hyaluronic acid at different molecular weights to deliver moisture at various depths in the skin. Vitamin B5 is also included to support surface hydration.

How It Works

This formula combines low, medium and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid along with a next-generation hyaluronic acid crosspolymer, all at a combined concentration of 2%. The varying molecular sizes allow the formula to hydrate at multiple levels rather than just sitting on the surface. This approach helps avoid the temporary plumping effect that can leave skin feeling like it needs more product after rinsing. The addition of Vitamin B5 enhances hydration at the skin surface.

Directions for Use

• Apply a few drops to your face in the morning and evening before applying creams
• Use only on unbroken skin
• Perform a patch test before regular use to check for any negative reaction
• If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a physician
• Keep out of reach of children

How to Patch Test

• Apply a small amount of the product to a clean area of skin on your upper forearm
• Keep the area dry throughout the test
• If the product has a specified duration of use, rinse it off after that time. Otherwise rinse off after 24 hours
• Do not use the product if you notice any redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation during or after the test
