- Alumina: addresses constipation with lumpy stools
- Bryonia: helps relieve constipation and dark stools
- Colocynthis: reduces flatulent colic and intestinal spasms with tendency to contraction
- Lachesis: improves digestion, especially after excess quinine or alcohol
- Lycopodium: addresses evening flatulence and digestive discomfort

Directions for Use
- For prolonged treatment, take 10-15 drops three times daily in a little water before meals
- For intermittent pain, colic, meteorism or suspected perforation, take 5-10-15 drops every 3-5 minutes for a short period. Drops can be held in the mouth and spat out if preferred, or diluted in water
