Suggested Usage

For skin, hair and as a carrier oil:

• Carrier oil: use with CoNatural essential oils for body massage
• Hair: apply to hair, gently comb through, leave 30 minutes to 4 hours, then wash with shampoo
• Under eye: apply like almond oil to the under-eye area for regular use
• Face oil: apply a small amount to face, avoiding use if acne-prone
