Each serving (2 tablets) contains:

• Thiamin: 2 mg, Riboflavin: 2 mg, Vitamin B3: 20 mg, Vitamin B6: 3 mg, Vitamin B12: 10 mcg, Folic Acid: 800 mcg
• Calcium Carbonate: 800 mg, Iron Bisglycinate: 150 mg, Zinc Sulphate: 30 mg, Iodine: 40 mcg, Sodium Selenite: 12 mcg
• Ginger: 100 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:
