HealthAid Vitamin E Oil provides 50,000 IU of pure natural vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) per 50ml. Can be applied topically to skin or taken internally. Suitable for children and pregnant women for external use. Free from parabens, sulphates, propylene glycols, PEGs, TEA, artificial colours and fragrances. Vegetarian and eco-friendly.

Directions to Apply

For external use:

• Take 1 to 4 drops and massage gently into the affected area until fully absorbed
• Can be diluted with almond or olive oil in equal parts before use

For internal use:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 4 drops daily as a vitamin E food supplement
• Children under 12 years and pregnant women should seek professional advice before internal use
