HealthAid Osteoflex and Omega-3 is a dual pack of 30 tablets and 30 capsules. The tablets provide glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, vitamin C, manganese and turmeric to support joint and cartilage health. The capsules provide concentrated omega-3 fish oil with EPA and DHA plus vitamin E. Free from sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy and artificial colours, preservatives and flavourings.

Composition

Each tablet contains:

• Glucosamine Sulphate: 500 mg (providing Free Glucosamine from shellfish: 390 mg)
• Chondroitin Sulphate: 400 mg
• Vitamin C: 100 mg
• Manganese: 2 mg
• Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Powder: 100 mg

Each capsule contains:

• Fish Oil Concentrate: 1250 mg, providing EPA: 425 mg, DHA: 325 mg, Total Omega-3: 750 mg
• Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol): 7.5 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet and 1 capsule daily with food
• Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person
