HealthAid Hair Skin and Nail Formula is a one-a-day tablet providing vitamins, minerals and amino acids including biotin, zinc, L-cysteine, L-methionine and PABA to support hair, skin and nail health. Warning: this product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.

Composition

Each tablet contains:

• Vitamin E (19 IU): 13 mg, Vitamin C: 60 mg, Thiamin (B1): 12 mg, Riboflavin (B2): 12 mg, Niacin (B3): 18 mg, Vitamin B6: 20 mg, Vitamin B12: 4 mcg, Folic Acid: 400 mcg, Biotin: 150 mcg, Pantothenic Acid (B5): 18 mg
• Calcium: 200 mg, Iron: 18 mg, Zinc: 20 mg, Magnesium: 70 mg, Selenium: 20 mcg
• Inositol: 100 mg, Choline: 100 mg, PABA: 100 mg, L-Cysteine: 60 mg, L-Methionine: 60 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet daily
• Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person
