HealthAid Hair-Life capsules provide a B vitamin complex, iron, zinc, amino acids including L-cysteine and DL-methionine, and other nutrients to support hair health. Warning: this product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.

Composition

Each capsule contains:

• Thiamine (B1): 10 mg, Riboflavin (B2): 10 mg, Niacin (B3): 20 mg, Pyridoxine: 5 mg, Vitamin B12: 2 mcg, Biotin: 20 mcg, Pantothenic Acid: 10 mg
• Iron: 12 mg, Zinc: 2 mg
• Choline Bitartrate: 50 mg, Inositol: 50 mg, PABA: 10 mg, Yeast: 100 mg, Hydrolysed Gelatine Powder: 50 mg, Lecithin: 20 mg, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride: 30 mg, DL-Methionine: 30 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:

• Adults and children over 16 years: 1 tablet daily
• Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person
