HealthAid Haemovit Liquid Gold is a vegan liquid supplement combining B vitamins, iron, zinc, iodine, amino acids, honey, malt extract and herbal extracts including Ginkgo Biloba, Sarsaparilla and Birch Leaf. Free from yeast, dairy, artificial colours, preservatives and flavourings. Shake well before use.

Each 10ml contains:

• Vitamin C: 60 mg, Thiamine (B1): 1.4 mg, Riboflavin (B2): 2.2 mg, Niacin (B3): 18 mg, Vitamin B6: 2 mg, Folic Acid: 400 mcg, Vitamin B12: 22 mcg, Pantothenic Acid: 8 mg
• Iron: 14 mg, Zinc: 15 mg, Iodine: 150 mcg, Lysine: 200 mg
• Calcium Glycerophosphate: 45 mg, Potassium Glycerophosphate: 45 mg, Sodium Glycerophosphate: 23 mg, Manganese Glycerophosphate: 0.3 mg
• Honey: 220 mg, Malt Extract: 1000 mg
• Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract: 10 mg, Sarsaparilla Extract: 10 mg, Birch Leaf Extract: 10 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:

• Children 3 to 6 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily
• Adults and children over 6 years: 2 teaspoons (10ml) daily
• Shake well before use
• Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person
