HealthAid Evening Primrose Oil liquid is cold-pressed from the seeds of the evening primrose plant, providing a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Can be used internally or applied topically as a cosmetic.

Composition

Each ml contains:

• Pure Evening Primrose Oil: 1000 mg
• Gamma Linolenic Acid (10%): 100 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:

• Adults and children over 6 years: 15 drops (1 ml) daily with food
• As a cosmetic: massage twice daily onto face and body as required
