HealthAid Evening Primrose 500mg is a cold-pressed soft capsule providing evening primrose oil, a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), with added Vitamin E. Can be used internally or externally. For children, capsules can be pierced and the contents taken orally or applied to the skin.
Composition
Each capsule contains:
- Evening Primrose Oil: 500 mg
- Vitamin E: 10 mg
- Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA): 50 mg
Suggested Usage
As directed:
- Adults and children over 6 years: 1 to 2 capsules daily
- Adults can increase up to 8 capsules daily if required
- Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person
