HealthAid B-Vital are effervescent tablets providing a full B vitamin complex with vitamin C, magnesium and zinc. Free from yeast, gluten, soya, dairy, artificial colours, preservatives and flavourings. Vegan and vegetarian product.

Composition

Each tablet contains:

• Vitamin C: 500 mg, Thiamin: 15 mg, Riboflavin: 15 mg, Niacin: 40 mg, Vitamin B6: 10 mg, Folic Acid: 400 mcg, Vitamin B12: 10 mcg, Biotin: 150 mcg, Pantothenic Acid: 23 mg
• Magnesium: 100 mg, Zinc: 10 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water
• Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person
