Dr. Schwabe Five Phos. Compound 6x is a biochemic combination tablet prepared from five phosphorus tissue salts based on Schuessler's remedies. It is used as a homeopathic remedy to support the nerves and brain, nourish bones, and help with conditions such as neurasthenia, anxiety and impaired memory.

Composition

Each tablet contains:

• Calcarea phosphorica 6X: 12.5 mg
• Kali phosphoricum 6X: 12.5 mg
• Natrum phosphoricum 6X: 12.5 mg
• Magnesium phosphoricum 6X: 12.5 mg
• Ferrum phosphoricum 6X: 12.5 mg

Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician:

• Adults: 2 to 4 tablets, 3 to 4 times a day during the problem
• Children: half the adult dose
