Essentia Aurea by Dr. Schwabe is a homeopathic drop formula traditionally used for mild cardiac insufficiency, chronic cardiac weakness, circulatory dysfunction, and cardiac dyspnoea. It contains 47% ethanol.

Used for:

• Mild cardiac insufficiency, particularly in elderly patients
• Improving muscular tone of the heart
• Regulating pulse and lowering blood pressure
• Arteriosclerosis support
• Insomnia, trembling, cold sweating, and cardiac-related nervousness
• Cardiac dropsy with dyspnoea

Composition

Each 100g contains:

• Crataegus: 40g
• Convallaria Majalis 1X: 10g
• Ignatia 4X: 10g
• Arnica: 0.5g
• Aurum Chloratum 4X: 10g
• Ethanol 47% (V/V) excipients to 100g

Dosage

As directed:

• Adults: 10 to 20 drops, 3 to 4 times daily in some water
• Take half an hour before or after meals and hold in mouth briefly before swallowing
• Reduce frequency as improvement is noticed
